About me

I believe that being truly heard and understood can be the beginning of meaningful change.

As a BACP Accredited psychodynamic and integrative therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is bringing you to therapy.

I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting. You may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, life changes, or simply a sense that you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Sometimes we can find ourselves repeating patterns or reacting to situations in ways we don't fully understand.

My psychodynamic approach allows us to gently explore how your past experiences may be influencing how you feel and relate to yourself and others today. Alongside this, I draw on other therapeutic approaches, including person-centred and cognitive behavioural techniques, adapting our work to your individual needs.

I see therapy as something we do together, at your pace. My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more confident in your choices and find ways of moving forward.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues and bring many years of experience from private practice, as well as my previous work with Mind and Bupa.

If you feel that I might be the right therapist for you, I would be very happy to hear from
