How Rebecca can help

As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I bring a compassionate and thoughtful approach to my clinical work, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe real change happens when people feel genuinely seen and understood, and I aim to offer a space where clients can safely explore both their difficulties and their strengths.

I have experience of longer-term therapeutic work as well as shorter-term, solution-focused counselling, and I tailor my approach to meet each client's therapeutic needs. I am attentive to each person's readiness for change and adapt how I work to meet them where they are — supporting growth in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Qualifications and experience

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and qualified Clinical Supervisor. I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Level 5 Diploma in CBT Skills & Theory, and a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision. Alongside my humanistic integrative foundation, my training allows me to draw on CBT and psychodynamic approaches where helpful, and to support other practitioners through clinical supervision.
