Dr Rhea Dodhia
Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Pronouns: She/Her
Welcome! I use multiple therapy models to support with a range of difficulties and experiences. Reaching out for therapy can be a daunting task, and my first aim is to always create a safe environment for change and exploration.
We can work towards specific goals you have or a more general exploration of life and feelings. My focus is on helping you understand, and achieve your goals, for what may be bringing you to therapy: be it feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, feeling stuck or confused, overwhelm or a lack of control (among other things). This results in sustainable changes in your daily life!
This therapeutic space is open and non-judgemental, allowing you to process thoughts and insights in a safe manner. My therapeutic style is an integration of different models such as CBT, CFT, ACT, Trauma focused therapies and Humanistic Therapy.
I place an emphasis on our therapeutic relationship, for you to feel safe and open in therapy. I welcome all clients from all walks of life. Please contact me to discuss any questions further, I would be glad to speak to you and support however I can.
