Feedback from Linda’s clients
“I have found the service to be extremely helpful throughout, everybody who I have dealt with has been lovely and reassuring from start to finish. Linda from day one listened to my problems and validated them, and advised me throughout of a progress plan for our therapy. This helped me to see how much work we were able to complete and allowed me to prepare in advance for those sessions which were more difficult.
In terms of the therapy which Linda delivered, to say it has changed my life is an understatement. I have been in and out of therapy since the age of 12, and with Linda I finally feel that I have had the correct style of therapy for my problems. I have unlearnt harmful behaviours and now have a range of healthy coping mechanisms for the future.
I cannot thank Linda enough for showing me that I can live a life with value. For the first time in my life I am excited for the future and feel prepared to be a part of it!” Selina
“It took a long time to find the courage to recognise that there was a problem, and that help was needed. Fortunately, Nightingale Therapy was recommended to me and I am so grateful that I was able to speak to them and work through my difficulties. They are so professional, friendly and easy to talk too, after a past experience with a different therapist hindered my trust in the process, I am so glad that I tried again with Nightingale Therapy. Thank you for everything you have done.” Cindy
“I felt that the therapist was excellent in the family meetings that we had. She listened with empathy and was not judgemental. As a family I felt we could discuss our issues freely and that Linda offered insight and ideas for going forward. We all found Linda, warm, approachable but also assertive when she needed to be.” Lucy
“Linda made me feel totally comfortable from our very first session. She is just an expert in her field and I am so glad that when I decided to seek therapy that it was her I found. I have overcome things I never imagined I would be able to and although some of it are brave things I have had to do, without Linda guiding me through it just never would have happened. I am so grateful for every minute and every penny spent because it has been so worth it. Even though there will be hard times still, I feel like I have the strength to push through. Thank you Linda.” Pearl

Although I was uneasy about attending the weekly sessions, my therapist made me feel at ease and I felt like I had known her for years when I was talking to her. I was like a man walking with his head down, living in a small world, now I have my head up and see a bigger world and a better way of seeing things.” Stewart

“I’ve really benefitted from my time with Linda. She was professional, clear and empathetic from day 1. She took me on a journey of self-discovery which helped me identify my deeper thoughts and worries that were impacting my everyday anxiety. I’ve learnt so much about myself and also about others and other’s perceptions of me too.
I highly recommend, it takes time to work these things through but the pace we moved at was perfect and over the weeks I learnt more about myself and coping mechanisms. I feel much less anxious, I can control my worries and I know why I feel stressed when I do and the best tips and tools to manage that stress. Thanks for your support.” Jennifer
“This was my first experience of therapy and I went in to the session with reservations as to whether it would be suitable for me. My sessions helped me deal with my short term issues and guided my long term approach for staying happy and healthy. I learned more about myself and what works for me, I was given additional handouts to read in my own time and to remind me of strategies should I have a setback. Sessions were timely, communication easy and the therapist took a genuine interest in me which was nice. Even during the coronavirus lockdown I was able to get the help I needed.“ Liam
