Iro is a dedicated and experienced psychotherapist with over a decade of expertise in providing confidential counseling and psychotherapy services. Iro holds an MSc in Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy from the New School of Existential Psychotherapy and Counseling (NSPC), earned in 2014. This educational background equips Iro with a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Existential, Phenomenological, and Integrative methods, enabling a tailored approach to meet each client's unique needs.

In addition to academic achievements, Iro has received specialized training in person-centered, psychoanalytic/psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and meaning-centered psychotherapy for cancer care providers. This diverse training allows Iro to offer an integrative approach, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and personalized care.

Iro's professional journey has been enriched by collaborations with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), providing support to clients facing a wide array of challenges. These include issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, family relationship complexities, domestic violence, anger management, bereavement, victims of abuse, identity crises, trauma, eating disorders, prisoners' concerns, and immigration-related issues. This extensive experience has honed Iro's skills and adaptability, enabling them to tailor their approach to the unique needs of each individual.
