I'm a therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work collaboratively and compassionately, helping people make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change. I'm especially interested in how past experiences shape present patterns, and I aim to support clients in understanding these links in a safe and supportive way. Whether we’re working with anxiety, trauma, or low mood, my approach is grounded, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s needs.
