Five Days to Unstuck: EMDR for Deep-Healing Intensive
If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated with yourself, or like nothing you’ve tried is really working, this EMDR intensive is designed to help you break through the block by offering a bottom-up approach to therapy rather than the usual top-down approaches. Essentially, this means we focus on the root of your struggles and activate healing in your mind and body in ways that talking therapy alone won’t.
Over five structured days, you’ll:
Pinpoint what’s been holding you back and why past solutions haven’t helped
Dismantle limiting beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck
Learn practical, calming strategies to manage overwhelm and move forward with clarity
What’s Included:
A comprehensive pre-assessment to understand your current challenges, history, and goals
A 90-minute consultation to tailor your intensive
Three 2.5-hour in-depth EMDR sessions to process unresolved trauma and emotional blocks
Optional review session for support and strategy going forward
Grounded in science, strategy, and clinical experience — this isn’t surface-level work. It’s for those ready to go deep and finally shift what’s been holding them back. This can be done alongside existing therapy or as a stand-alone option.
Total Cost: £1500
What is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy?
EMDR is a psychological therapy for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. EMDR facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories to bring these to an adaptive resolution. After successful treatment with EMDR, emotional distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and anxiety is reduced.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing integrates elements of many effective psychotherapies in structured protocols that are designed to maximise treatment effects. The effectiveness of EMDR for PTSD has been demonstrated by research, and EMDR is recommended as an evidence-based procedure by the British Department of Health, among other professional bodies.
