I’m a qualified therapist with over 15 years of experience working across public and private mental health settings. My work has spanned a wide range of client needs—from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship issues and workplace stress. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing on evidence-based methods like CBT and trauma-informed care to support long-term emotional resilience and personal growth. My goal is always to create a safe, non-judgmental space where meaningful change can take root.
