Pronouns - She/Her

I am a HCPC registered Clinical, Counselling and Health Psychologist; I’m also a Chartered Clinical Psychologist at the British Psychological Society.

Over the past years I have gathered my experience in the NHS, local authorities and private sector.

I have worked in the UK and Italy across a variety of settings with people presenting with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement, complex trauma, and burnout.

My specialist interests include attachments, relationships, trauma, adolescence, immigration, bereavement and significant life transitions.

My work has been published and presented nationally and internationally at several conferences. I have also co-published many papers about bereavement, early trauma intervention protocols and managing distress. The interest in clinical and research has led me to develop new protocols and framework in the mental health sector.

I trained in several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.

Apart from therapy, I’m also adept at neuro-developmental assessments including ADHD, ASD and LD.

I offer therapy in both English and Italian.
