Dr CHarlotte Hazeldine-Baker

Chartered Clinical Psychologist

BSc, MSc, DClinPsych

Charlotte is an experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist who supports people who may be experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression or low self-esteem.

As a psychologist Charlotte takes the time to get to know you and develop a treatment plan personalised around your hopes and needs.

Therapy can be a daunting prospect but she can offer you a safe, confidential space to open-up about whatever is on your mind. Some people may feel they are not struggling with their mental health but simply would value space to think about the direction that their life is going and how to live more authentically and in line with their values.

Dr Hazeldine-Baker has worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years so brings a wealth of experience to all her clients. She is highly trained to deliver a range of different therapies including Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

She has worked for 7 years within a clinical health Psychology team at a large hospital in Manchester and has particular expertise in helping people to navigate the psychological impact that living with conditions such as CFS/ME, renal conditions, chronic pain or cancer can have on psychological wellbeing.

Charlotte is here to listen to you; to guide and support you to gain greater understanding and confidence to better manage your mental health. She offers a warm, safe and compassionate space to explore the things that are on your mind and to live a more fulfilled and content life.
