Dr Alex Haeri is a highly experienced, BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a unique background as a qualified GP. This dual expertise allows her to deeply understand the connection between physical health, mental wellbeing, and the everyday pressures that can leave you feeling overwhelmed.

Alex specialises in helping people with insomnia and sleep difficulties (CBT-I), alongside a wide range of anxiety-related challenges including OCD, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and panic. She also supports people experiencing low mood, low self-esteem, and the emotional impact of long-term stress or health concerns.

Sleep is a particular focus in Alex’s work. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), she helps you break cycles of poor sleep, reduce reliance on medication, and rebuild a healthier, more restorative sleep pattern—because better sleep often creates the foundation for improved mental health overall.
