Katie is an experienced UK based Clinical Psychologist offering private Psychological Therapy to Adults and Adolescents who feel they require support for any form of psychological distress or mental health problem.
She also offers therapy to those who wish to learn more about themselves in order to develop personally, or in any specific aspects of their lives (whether that be in relationships, work or pleasure). Whether you have a particular problem/set of problems that you wish to overcome, or simply want some help to gain an increased understanding and awareness of yourself, Katie can help you work towards achieving your goals.
In addition to her private work, Katie is also employed in the NHS as a Senior Psychologist working with adults with complex and enduring mental health problems.
Katie has more than 15 years of experience in helping clients to understand and resolve a wide range of mental health difficulties, including those that may be linked to childhood trauma or abuse. She works with a number of therapeutic approaches (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy; Psychodynamic Therapy, Schema Therapy; Person Centred Counselling).
