Rajnish is a compassionate, encouraging and client centred Behavioural Therapist (CBT). Her approach is holistic and whole person based , so she is happy to address a wide range of issues.

Rajnish supports people towards recovery with a holistic approach, which means individuals feel much more confident to get better and work out of therapy with the knowledge of what to do if it was to happen again.

She has a deep understanding of how childhood trauma can impact ones mental health, and is very experienced at supporting people to help them understand the way they feel has not just come out of the blue but has a reason for it.

Rajnish has worked across both the NHS and in private practice. She has experience working in low intensity mental health in Primary Care as well as Community Mental Health for Black minority ethnic communities.
