Casey bradford

Clinical Psychologist

Pronouns: She/Her

Casey has spent many years tailoring therapy towards helping people find  the goodness in themselves and in the world. She has found that more and more people appear to be struggling with what she terms "life inflicted burnout" which takes as many shapes as there are people in the world. This may be a mental health problem or an existential one. Casey works with clients in a way that helps then achieve the yearning that they have for a simple, free and uncomplicated life. She does this by helping people to find the simple joys in life because that is where feeling at peace is found.

Therapy with Casey is conducted in a safe and non judgemental space. You can go on a journey together to find out who the authentic you is.
Authenticity is important because every mask you put on takes energy
away from the moments of peace that we all crave. Being true to who you are and finding your place in the world builds resilience and
self-confidence. Together with Casey you can learn more about who you
are and you can grow as a person. You can be curious about parts of
yourself and together you can process the emotions that come up as a
result.

You can expect therapy with Casey to be empathic, knowledgeable and
empowering. By developing your own insight with Casey, you can go out
into the world as an independent person who is able to self-analyse and
make decisions that are right for you. Casey has had clients come with
specific questions that she has helped the client answer for themselves
in only a few sessions. Many of Casey’s clients stay on for longer
periods of therapy because they feel comfortable enough to work on other areas of themselves that have either been neglected or even ignored.

Casey helps people have breakthroughs in their lives and she helps them
to see their challenges from a different perspective. Seeing things from
a different perspective can help build empathy and compassion for the
self and others.

Therapy is a process and experience that is different for everyone and
so, Casey tailors her therapy to the individual client and their unique
problems. Casey is concerned with what your experience of being a human is like, and what challenges this brings for you.

“I am so thankful that I took the difficult step of accessing therapy and that Casey Bradford was suggested to me by MTO. The online interface never impacted her ability to be empathetic, non-judgemental and supportive. Over the sessions, I have made some real progress which I have been able to build on after concluding the therapy. Thank you Casey!" Anonymous
