Feedback about Alexandra’s online therapy.

“It was extremely helpful to be able to talk freely about the things that have affected my mood, and to be given explanations as to their origins. A very helpful experience, without any feeling of pressure” Sue

“It has been incredibly transformative to my mental health and wellbeing. I have processed events in a safe and supportive environment and worked alongside my therapist to develop solid coping tools for the future. Having the space to express my worries and anxieties, and to be heard without judgement has been incredibly healing for me.

Being able to fully address the root causes of my anxieties and low mood, and beginning to take steps to re-wire the thought patterns that were maintaining these mental states, has changed my whole perspective. I feel thoroughly empowered and uplifted, and equipped with the tools and knowledge to better maintain my mental health going forwards.” Iona

“I would like to express a strong endorsement of Alexandra as a therapist. She offers a very calm and relaxed environment to talk through problems and made me feel extremely supported in every one of our sessions. I can't thank her enough for the positive reinforcement and confidence she has helped to instil over the past six months.’ Annonymous

“Alex was wonderful, I was very comfortable talking through the issues I had. She showed a lot of understanding and patience but very quickly was able to challenge me in regards to the way I have been thinking about my trauma over the years. And really helped me break out of that cycle I’ve been in. Her techniques were very effective in-spite of my own thoughts that this would not work. She also showed a lot of grace in understanding any cultural undertones to my issues.

I left feeling a lot better, and better equipped to keep on working on myself so I don’t fall back into those bad habits. So overall a positive experience and I wish I had sought help sooner.” Anonymous
